Edwin Penny  b.1930-  'Woodcock'   Edwin studied Art at Bath School of Art and the Royal West of England Academy.He worked originally as an Engraver before departing to Hong Kong to study Phylosophy of Far Eastern Composition under a Chinese Master. His work is a clever and concise blend of Eastern restraint with delicate colouring combined with a traditional British Palette a la Thorburn.                                                                                                                       Signed Watercolour
